Forming and extruding

A large variety of confectionery masses from powdery or sticky up to solid ones can be formed with the Bühler formpresses to strands or to slabs. Those can be single, double or triple layered or filled. The exact press force of the form presses is perfect for processing pressure-sensitive or whipped masses.
